Our Commitment At FurEver Threads Co, we want you and your pup to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're pawsitively here to help.
Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached and in original packaging
- There must be zero evidence of dog hair or pup odour
Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no cost to you.
Our products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at fureverthreads@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance events
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- All returned items will be inspected
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
